A group of inmates have been wrongfully thrown into a mental asylum for government testing. When the experiments start going wrong and there is a major uprising it is up to them to survive the onslaught of sociopaths blocking them from the freedom they deserve.

When the power shut down Addy knew exactly what was about to happen. She stayed curled up in a ball in her surprisingly clean Cell as men and women alike rampaged outside. The weak ones went down first. And then the strong and disfigured spread all around the Asylum killing everyone and everything in their path. In her eyes she was all alone.

Madison was the one of the first ones out of his cell. Barely escaping the block in time before the chaos truly began. At first everyone was quiet and timid and then the casualties started to ring up.

Carlos was trapped in his cell when it happened. Of all times for the door to jam. A few times they tried to get at him as he watched from the stuck door. What really got him was Gabby, his girlfriend being grabbed and dragged out of view from the cell.

December twentieth is the day I remember being brought into the asylum for the first time. Like any typical psychopath, I screamed. I cried. His mom's boyfriend, Joseph, wasn't much of a help either. With only a few more weeks of summer left, Matthew just wanted to make the most out of it. However, during a camping trip, they came across a lost boy who went by the name, "Rickey." While Matthew was suspicious of this boy and his origin, his mother immediately insisted they took him in because of his frail figure. Little did they know just how much trouble they would put themselves in from that point on. Will Burt and Matthew be able to help each other face their inner demons and escape the labyrinth in their minds that's been holding them captive for too long, or will they die trying or kill everyone in the process?
