[Book 1] Crawlers: once normal people like you or me. They had hobbies, families, friends, interests, but now they are feral monsters. The infection spread, wiping out almost half the human race, and leaving the rest as either Crawlers or Survivors. It's a story about my friends and I, and if we lived in an apocalypse, struggling to survive every day for food and water... or so, this is my first story on wattpad because I mostly use Quotev because I'm and admin on there.. so if you wish to hate one me, go ahead, but I won't tolerate it.

The world is ending. The Earth is painted with the blood of humans. Only zombies and monsters roam the lands now. But in the last standing building, 6 teenagers unexpectedly meet each other. Each helping another to survive the dangers of the what the world has become. They bond, they trust but Dream stands out from the others because she is strange and mutant-like. No one could fully trust her, not that it'd matter anyway because Dream trusts no one except herself. So, when they receive a message which sends them to the very top of the hotel. Floor 31. They are forced to fight and kill zombies and monsters just for a chance of safety. But does this 'safety' even exist?

It wasn't bad enough that Ben was homeless. Having a dead family nearly killed him before. Until he learned to live alone on the docks and streets, scavenging for food and supplies just to stay alive. He was actually doing well. Then, he saw the bodies washed up on the beach. All were dead except for one: a young boy like him. As they were meeting, they saw the other dead bodies... walk. How was this possible? They were already dead... but now they're walking. And they're not who they were anymore. White-soulless eyes, weather beaten flesh, mindless flesh-eaters. Drama. Drama. Drama. That pretty much describes my life. I mean when your living with your 7 older brothers, 5 cousins, best friends, and a 3 month old baby, life can't get any better! And then there's school. Well school is school. Loaded with a the different 'groups' of kids. The geeks, popular, etc. And last but not least, my parents. We don't even know where they are most the time since they go on business trips after business trips. They come for for a week at the most and leave again. My family is not rich, but not poor. We have more than enough money to get the nice things we want, but we have to earn them. My life sounds pretty interesting huh?

My best friend was most likely one. I ran from her. My parents were one. I shot them. This really cute guy was one, I nearly shot him before he came running and screaming at me like a stupid idiot. This really cute guy wasn't one. After witnessing her dead teacher come back to life, Leo decides to go on the run. Armed with a backpack full of essentials (does portable chargers count?) and her Dad's rifle, she learns to survive with the help of new friends. Zombie apocalypses can bring unlikely people together. But how close are they getting?
