Twelve year old Leah never really had a picture perfect life. Her father abandoned her mother, and her life has not been the same ever since. Leah's best friend, Zac, was her only real support.

Zahramay Falls. A magical realm inhabited by thousands of mythical beings. Enter Shimmer and Shine, two genie twin sisters who upon release from a glass bottle, are able to grant Leah any three wishes per day.

Zahramay Falls is in danger. An evil sorceress named Zeta is out to collect all of the gems in the realm to create a master potion with the potential to wipe out an entire civilization. Now, Leah must juggle her own, personal life with her duty of helping her new friends save their world.
