Ever since I could remember my parents have always said I'm special,not the your great at sports special or the just because you can not make friends special but the your the only hybrid special. I started showing sighs of magic at a young age after my first shift. Since I am the first of my kind, I have trouble controlling my powers and my parents have always warned me to never let that happen because it would cause others to want to use it against me or for evil. This did not became more apparent than the day I witnessed them die. Before they died they had told me that the only way for me to control my powers was if I found my mate because then I'd have balance but as luck would have it when I did find my mate, he rejected me so I have been living my life as a human. Its been nearly a decade and a half since their death, I had made peace with what happened in the past but the past has not made peace with me so it seems... Credits: 'MsChallenjour' for the amazing yet beautiful book cover and 'Daring2BeMe' for trying to edit the first few chapters of the book. Also, the tons of readers reading this. The Noble Academy has a group of people that are born with special abilities besides the other humans. They are called Elementals. These people are at the top of the school. So far, the known abilities are fire, water, earth and air. These people wear red cloaks and mask to protect their identities. What happens when there is a person that has all the abilities and more? Meet Winter Valentine. She knows what she is and she knows it must be kept as a secret. The elders of the Academy keep a close eye on her. Fearing that she can be a dangerous threat as she controls very strong powers. A dangerous power is approaching and not all the Elements can defeat them. They need Winter to fight with it but how can they do so if they don't know Winter? (It isn't fully edited. I wrote it when I was 14 so be aware it's probably not going to make a lot of sense) - 18 year old self

Each human now possesses one of the four elements of nature: fire, water, air, earth - earning the name Elemental. To learn how to control the element, they go through training academies, to among other things find their elemental partner. Here's where we meet Breeze, a Junior-Elemental controlling the element of air, still struggling with putting his right emotions when connecting to the element. Taunted by his older brother Rain, and his Elemental partner Ember, the insecurity within takes control of his element. Canthopia, it's a world where every single person has a power. The people acquire these powers only after they turn 19 and after. But sometimes, in some rare cases, some special people get it around 16 or 17 years. And after they find out they are send to the Elemental Academy to find what power they have and also to perfect it. Melanie Grace was one of those few people who got her power a few days after she turned 17. And thus was send to the Elemental Academy and has to stay there till she has mastered her power....or powers? So what power or powers will Melanie get? Will it be one of the rare elements or the sub elements? And will she make friends at her new school while finding out things about her that even she didn't know? And maybe even fall in love? "I'm ready to risk it all if you are," there is no hint of amusement, or lying, seen in his dark brown eyes as the words slip from his parted lips. Academy Initia is where elementals, people who can control elements at there whim, go to train their abilities. There is water/ice (other wise known as frost), earth, wind, and fire. Fire and Frost elementals are kept apart since they can potentially kill each other from a touch. Though, when the Academy is attacked, it forces the officials to have the students work together to become more powerful as one. Forcing the fire and water elementals to interact. I dare to ask. He sits back at the wall staring at me. He runs his eyes down my body and slowly smirks. "Yes," "Good," I say digging my fork into the pasta. I then place the pasta into the carrots... Playing with my food. I have been scolded for this many times when I was back in the Ordinary world. Now there is no one to do that for me. Asher comes closer to me and I could sense the burnt wood in him. I smile as he wraps his arms around me. "Your mine. Only I can look at you that way. Only I can touch you. Only I can kiss you. Understand?" He asks me. I nod. He places a kiss on my lips and a kiss on my collarbone. "Good," I peek at my lashes again to find golden boy looking elsewhere. Coward. *** There are special people in the world. They call them elements. They don't have super powers there just... Special. They have something no ordinary human have. Yet, they don't know it until they reach the age of eighteen. Their birth are special. All corresponding to nature and it's element. Many are rare some are common. But not everyone is an element. (Please read first two chapters for info, thank you!) For a long time, elemental magic has been widely known, used, and practiced. Elemental magic is based upon the four core elements - Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Elemental magic is most prominent in England, where many mages gather to learn and research elemental magic. However, during the early 1500's, the Fire Outbreaks happened. Several various fire mages suddenly swept through and destroyed the smaller cities of England, killing many in their way and leaving no survivors. Due to this the Council of Magic, the governing figure of elemental magic, issued an act - The Anti-Fire Act. This effectively banned any and all use of fire magic within all of England. The Council of Magic was later changed to the Triumvirate in the 1540's, and from then on are set on killing off every last fire mage. Allen Fleming, a 15 year old air mage, wishes to attend the Magical Knights Academy. The academy is where many young, prominent mages attend to improve their use of magic, and eventually become a magical knight. Magical knights are the respected mages who protect the cities of England and keep its citizens safe. But in order to even attend the academy, Allen must first pass the entrance exam. However, Allen's magic is extremely weak and he relies mostly on his physical fighting ability. Air is considered the strongest element within England, and with his lack of air magic prowess, many mages hate and ignore him. But what many do not know, is that Allen possesses a second element - the fire element! Without knowing who his real parents are, and having to keep his fire magic a secret, Allen has to work hard if he ever wishes to become a magical knight and achieve his goals. However, with tensions rising within the Triumvirate, fire mages on the run, and other events happening behind the scenes, Allen must go from being the weakest to the strongest if he even hopes to stop what may be coming in the near future.

These puny citizens of Dreamscape live boring, dreadful lives. Everyday it's the same deal. So I decided to add a little fun into the recipe... There's five of them. Five of them that can beat me. If they combine their strengths and smarts, they can kill me. This is the one apocalypse I can ever be stopped. If they can't stop me now, I will be infinite. But don't worry, there's a slim chance I will be beaten. It's been millenniums since I've destroyed a universe, so this should be fun!

Three young adults are at the wrong place, at the wrong time as a meteor is crashing towards them. After the crash they wake up to find themselves with powers. They find a little help along the way, and make a few new friends. But now the Government is tracking them down. They must try to hide from the Government and blend in with everyone else. Will they be able to hide from them or will they be caught for testing? (This was based of a conversation in Biology)
