Harper is a flat out pain to anyone who meets her. She's sarcastic and crued and has pulled more pranks than her infamous cousins at her small school, St. Apollos. Entering Junior year the only thing she can think of is what her next prank on the principal is going to be, that is until she has a small 'run in' with the school's handsome new foreign exchange student. Tall and tan with a thick Spanish accent she assumes he's nothing more than a foreign exchange student, that is until he claims to be a prince. She soon learns she's not the only royal pain.
