Grayhold's is the most popular restaurant in the glamorous heights of New York City, it's patrons come for: the food, the drinks, the stage, the singing, the entertainment and atmosphere.

Grayhold's may seem like a paradise or a once in a life time experience but one fateful night ends this facade.

Chaos descends upon Grayhold's at exactly eight thirty nine p.m. heralded by a man in a white skull mask followed by a small army of fiends in black skull masks. 

Follow the perspectives of the people trapped within the chaos as they suffer losses tragedies in one hell of a night!

This is an idea that I've been working on/thinking about in my mind for quite a while, so I've just decided to write it. Book title is inspired (and I guess taken from) the song of the same name by Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.

Michael losing his wife years ago to the tragic 9/11 attacks he has a hard time letting anyone into his life or feelings hiding it in his food wanting to be strong for their now 8-year-old daughter Paris. Prince being a good friend is concerned, and so is his wife Cici, who is 6 months pregnant and helps run the restaurant. Think it's time for Michael to get past these hurdles surrounding the Illustrious food critic Paul Gellar and find a friend who shares the same compassion for food as he does. Enter Latalia E. Whitaker is Cici's best-friend and new Executive Chef of the restaurant hired by Prince and Cici. She has a deep love for food and culture as well as just leaving a horrible job and starting over in a new city. Michael, the ever-demanding control freak, feels under siege as Head Chef when he has a second in command who he doesn't like to admit is almost as great maybe even better than him in the kitchen. How will these two work and not bump heads in the fiery pits of Le' Cavalier Maison kitchen and can they effectively balance each other out? You will just have to read to find out!!!
