The Death of You and Me | Conkus AU (Connor x Markus)

34 parts Complete Mature

A stranger becomes more of a familiar face to one unsuspecting bartender in the passing winter months, but unbeknownst to him, this was a grave mistake. Getting to know your regulars is part of the job, and thousands of people pass through the doors of the bar every night, but in some cases, maybe you should just keep yourself, to yourself. You don't want to end up running away from everything you've ever known, do you? * A crime-romance-action "novel" with Connor and Markus (Conkus) from Detroit: Become Human. Inspired a little by the film Did You Hear About The Morgans?, which I do love. The book will be mature and will contain themes of crime, abuse, vulgar language and general violence. This is an idea that I've been working on/thinking about in my mind for quite a while, so I've just decided to write it. Book title is inspired (and I guess taken from) the song of the same name by Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.
