Letters of War

War is a crucible. Some men are hardened by combat, others are left broken. Beyond all the twisted steel and torn flesh lies the emotional wounds left on every man and woman who served. These hidden scars often linger long after physical wounds have healed. But often overlooked are the hardships suffered by those who wait for their loved ones to return home.
This series will feature letters written to and from the front lines of various conflicts of the past century.
