This is a four-part collection of character shorts, introducing the four main protagonists and giving them a short backstory, explaining where they come from etc.
RWBY belongs to Roosterteeth and the people who created it. All I'm doing is adding a bit of a different story, trying to give my spin on things.
In this short collection, I experimented heavily, trying to find my style of writing, so you will see the way the stories are written change as you go. Feel free to leave feedback, so I can improve my writing and storytelling. It's also one of my first "real" stories I'm writing, so bear with me. ;)
I don't think that it needs an MA rating, however, there's fighting etc. But I don't think it's too much. Just read at your own discretion.

The RWBY series, known for its humor, action, lore, and story. It does have its flaws, but is still an enjoyable series. Some may hate it, some may love it. This is where I come in and this is the changes I would make to the RWBY universe as a whole. Disclaimer:I don't own RWBY. This series goes to RoosterTeeth, and Monty Oum. Red Roses:Vale Saga(Ruby Rose x Reader/OC)
(Volumes 1-3) You have known Ruby Rose for as long as you were both were kids and have been together since half way of your first year at Signal Academy. After the two of you stopped a robbery. You and Ruby are accepted into Beacon Academy. This will cover the Vale Saga of RWBY(Vol. 1-3). Ice Queendom and Grimm Eclipse won't be added and will get their own stories. There will be one to three chapters a day or every other depending on how time is on my side that day. On some occasions, two days or three days Also, I apologize if there's poor grammar and/or the writing not being the best since this is my first story. Other than that, criticism is expected and appreciated. Also the story won't be completely word for word from the show. That would take too long but I'll make sure that every scene or at least most scenes is included. Rating mature for strong language and lots of violence. The Wilted Rose Book 2: Outlaws
Vale has fallen, but the fight isn't over yet. Salem has to be stopped or the same fate that fell upon Vale will fall on the other Kingdoms. But with Salem still a far off target. The only course of action for Y/n Rose is to travel to Haven with his sister Yang in the hopes that it's not too late to stop a repeat of Vale. But before that can happen, the two have to recover from their wounds if their to stand any chance at surviving the journey. This book encompasses Volumes four, five and six Rwby is the property of Roosterteeth. Red hood and any comic panels are property of DC. I do however hold ownership of any OC's I might create. [PART 1 IS COMPLETE! PART 2 HAS BEEN CANCELLED!] As a child, y/n always heard voices. And rarely, he swears he saw someone. He was abused by his father and siblings. Sometimes his uncles and cousins did as well but for unknown reasons. He never got help from his mother or aunts as they went missing years ago. He never understood why he was mistreated. When he went to Beacon, he thought that it was all over. But as he had terrible luck as usual, he was wrong. He was bullied by most of the students including team CRDL since he was the weakest student in the whole school. His siblings were there was well, making his situation even worse. He thought out help from the teachers, but they wouldn't help at all, they would usually either telling him to get stronger or go home. One day, Ozpin sent him off on a mission to collect something that he wasn't told of. When he does, it was all a trap by an unknown group. As he's kidnapped, he finds something very old and he becomes someone else completely; an Assassin. He'll soon understand the world more and the words that he always heard but never understood will finally make sense: "Where other men blindly follow the truth, Remember, nothing is true. Where other men are limited by morality or law, Remember, everything is permitted. We work in the dark to serve the light. We are assassins." Key factors about this story: 1. Each sequence is the main story. 2. Lost sequences are stuff that either happened before or things that I forgot to add at some point, so they're cannon and probably are important to the story. This is my first written... well anything, so I would greatly like criticism and feedback From people reading. Calling of Remnant (or CoR for short) is a RWBY Fanfiction and The story will be heavily changed, mainly due to the fact of adding My OCs, but also due to the fact that I will change things that I personally dislike in the original RWBY. I originally meant for this to be a multiple chapter story, but when I realize I couldn't I chose to do a super long one shot instead.
