But unlike any other child, adult or animal, I have seen into a world full of pain and misery.

And it just won't go away.

It haunts me in my mind, flashes of war and death.

It haunts me in my sleep, pictures of poverty and starvation.

It haunts me in my life, every day, it comes at me from all directions.

Ever since that boy came.
