Jules Oliver, a boy that been a vampire for ten years is ran down by the master vampire ever since he was turned. One thing for sure is that he loves writing in journals and exploring the world around him, but one day finds out about the mystic journal that once belonged to a vampire named Jane. In this story, he searches for this journal with the help of a human girl named Violet. Can a ten year old fledgling vampire and a human find the journal before the vampire hunters can?
