Bound To a Fiery Fate [Avatar: The Last Airbender x OC]
Water. Earth. Fire. Air. During the old days of the world, the Avatar kept balance between the water tribes, earth kingdom, fire kingdom, and air nomads. But that all changed when the fire nation attacked. Only the avatar could master all four elements and only he could stop the ruthless firebenders. But when the world needed him most, he vanished. A hundred years have passed, and the fire nation is nearing victory in the war. Some people believe that the Avatar was never reborn into the air nomads, and that the cycle was broken. The power of the Fire Nation burned intensely as their influence spread across the land and swept up all those unlucky enough to be in the flame's path. Their very essence was burned to keep it all going. But where the fire burned, a shadow was cast in the midst of its own flames.

When a bold, unpolished bender and an overconfident prince are forced into the same training track, sparks fly in more ways than one. The prince has it all: power, privilege, and a girlfriend from the academy's inner circle. The bender has nothing to lose and everything to prove, and neither one wants to give an inch. Their friction could have ended in a showdown, but when a dangerous cult infiltrates the academy's walls, everything changes. As students begin to vanish and whispers of a long-dormant power resurface, these rivals are thrown together in a race against time. Balancing explosive fights, late-night strategy sessions, and the messiness of emotions they can't quite pin down, they'll have to decide if they can trust each other before the academy-and everything they know-is torn apart. With love and danger swirling around them, both will find that bending the elements is the easy part. The real challenge is fighting back against the forces threatening their future-and the growing connection they're not ready to admit.Complete
