Mischievous teen Addy lives in a civilization with barely any freedoms. However, she belongs to a group called The Shade, which are rebellious teenagers and young adults with one goal and one goal only; escape the higher standard and civilization.
Addy and The Shade are out wind surfing one night in a different community that they belong to, one that is heavily secured. A patrol ship catches The Shade, causing Addy to crash. Liam, a loyal teen, finds her and brings her to a personal hospital to help her heal. Little do they both know that Addy has not only crashed into a tree, but crashed into both of their lives.
