When the core of a Utopian society starts to question their own ways the community is thrown into chaos. This is basically part of "The Giver" told in the Givers point of view. "Ian." Mother's sweet voice called out to me. "Ian?" She called again. I opened my eyes. I could hear the warming sound of her voice. I knew she wasn't there. It was all just a hallucination. She died a long time ago, or at least that's what I was told. The ones I held so dear, we're slowly, but surely drifting from me. Ian, a 17 year old boy, is lost in thought after another dear someone is taken from him. Experiments is what make up this Utopia and one is yet to know what truly goes on in Efthalia. Secrets and lies builds on this country and Ian is yet to find that who killed his father is who wants to kill him. As he unravels secrets in his own hallucination, Ian awakes as the lost sorcerer. The sorcerer who will take back humanity for what it once was. To live in a society not perfect, but happy. For happy is not perfect. A young man leaves his family and returns to the city where he spent his student years and soon starts working. Every time he returns from work, he encounters the same events that the Buddha encountered when he left his palace (1. A wandering cleric (the drunkard in the work); 2. Sick woman; 3. The dying old man; 4. Decaying corpse (death)). Faced with these events, the young man discovers the Buddha's truth (There is suffering in this life). And facing difficult questions, he has a moral crisis. "How to get rid of this suffering?" he starts looking for the answer to his question and sees the answer in philosophy. At the same time, he meets a philosopher. The philosopher tells him about the basics of philosophy, how to start "learning something" in a systematic way, and about many wise men. One of the personalities mentioned is Nietzsche. The philosopher tells the young man about Nietzsche's and his "hammer" philosophy...

a girl was born into a dystopian world where two societies were separated. those who are immune were placed into mazes whilst those who are gifted with knowledge were known as "the enemies" and placed in labs across the nation. unluckily for her she was placed with the enemies, known as WCKD. her abnormal intelligence made her stand out from the crowd, especially with no family members. she had no intention whatsoever on the change of the course of her life. she felt betrayed by the people she thought who would protect her and care for her. not everyone is who they seem, right? - (written in no caps, sorry for any editing mistakes - unedited as well) - gally groaned, folding his arms like a child. Classic space opera. I am revisiting an old idea I had. ~Tight ensemble of characters amid a hostile environment. In an advanced timeline roughly 1000 years into the future. Crit, an unreliable citizen in the system stirs trouble against a new regime, taking hold over the galaxy's freedom. I am still learning the ways of literature, I believe I have a ton of stories that'll either leave a laugh or tear. Please be patient while I'm re-educating myself.
