Chloe was once an innocent girl who was brought up into a cruel world. As time passes she becomes cold and heartless as well. It goes to the point where she believes that: 

1 Love is Bullshit 
2 Trust gets you killed 
3 Kindness doesn't survive in this world
4 Hope doesn't exist 

With these mottos she keeps following them because of what she experienced. She knows better than going back to what broke her.

She slowly becomes a heartless assassin. She doesn't believe in love, she doesn't believe in trust. She doesn't think kindness will get you anywhere. 

That was when her life started crumbling down. The high walls she built cracked. All because of him.
