Shay Miller is not at all popular in school. In fact she is quite ... Unpopular. She has lived in Seattle for as long as she can remember with her single mum and her non existent love life - just like hers. Her mum says that only one person, ever, has moved to Seattle. Everyone else was born here. Her best friend Vivina Jay has been her best friend ever since she stole her cupcake. Truly , the start of something beautiful. Though ,shay always wanted someone more , a boyfriend. The house next door has been unoccupied for 3years ,ever since old man John died. However , one night someone moved in -a boy, a hot one at that. Who is this boy and how does he affect her ? Blake Jacks has just moved from New York to Seattle with his dad. His dad never wants to stay in one place for more than a year for reasons he won't say. Girls swarm around Blake like bees to honey which is expected considering his charming looks. He doesn't usually like anyone except for the performances of girls he gets in bed with. He moved into an empty house next to a quite peculiar girl. She isn't like the rest though. She doesn't fall at his knees begging for attention . She's just simple and innocent.

The beautiful family seemed normal enough, but something was off. Their son didn't fit into the rest of them. He was mysterious and seemed a little bit standoffish. He seemed rude and like he didn't belong. Meeting him went well, and she catches his eye. Going to school together and their families spending some time together causes them to grow closer. So close that things happen. What happens? Do sparks fly?
