About 100 days ago the world ended, well the world we knew and grew up in ended. I am only 17, and one of the few survivors of the infectious Morbus Disease that has already plagued majority of the human population. It came from an unknown cause and came from nowhere. No one was prepared, and it really was a true testament on how many horror or zombie movies you had watched before that day arrived.
I live in a society ruled by all females, most of us came from the school of excelled excellence, St Claudia, an all-girls boarding school. With us is only one teacher, Miss Genish, and around 30 other girls ranging from 2 up till 19 years old. The University I dream of studying at once said that after the apocalypse starts, we would only have 200 days before all hope is lost. It is day 100. We're halfway there. The final countdown has begun.

37 parts Complete Mature
They said that "Changing is part of LIFE.", at least that's what the CSD (Change and Save Department) used to say. They thought they created a "cure". A cure to save many people's lives from sickness, cancer, and all. Unfortunately... They were wrong. It was fine at first... However, their first test subject? It was for no good. Instead of a cure, they made a "virus". The virus is incurable for now. Many people protested against the CSD and the government. It changed.. but it was never saved... They said that once they bit you, in an hour the virus will spread throughout your body and kill you, then you'll be alive but not like you used to be. There are many survivors, but there are also many who have been turned into monsters. They call these monsters, "zombies". The CSD promised that they'll find a cure, but much-lost hope, lost hope for being alive, lost hope for survival. A 17 yrs. the old girl was in between that. Everything might sound and look horrible but she never lost hope for survival. "I'm running out of food.." she kept on talking to herself since there was no one but her. She saw a grocery store nearby so she checked it out if there were food, and fortunately, there was. She stuffed the food in her bag until she heard something. "Is someone there?" She asked, she hoped it wasn't what she thought about but there it was. The zombie's legs were twisted so it will have a hard time catching her. However, she never encountered that close. She stuffed the last food in her bag and ran. She ran to the girl's restroom. When she opened the door there were zombies! It almost caught her but fortunately, nothing happened to her. She ran back but there were more! "Please don't say this is how I'm going to die!" She said to herself. Is she going to die? Who will she meet? Will they survive this cruel world?? If Winter Harper thought life at her new boarding school was going to be easy, she was dead wrong. Everyone at ZBS-Academy has the same mysterious virus---one that's slowly turning everyone into terrifying flesh eating monsters, also known as zombies. The teachers are lifeless, and the food stinks. Literally. And worst of all, the clique of popular mean girls who rule the school have already decided that she's dead to them. All Winter wants is to go back to her old school, and be with her old friends. But until a cure is found, Winter is stuck at ZBS-Academy forever ... How will she survive? - - - - - - - - - - As if he knew what I was thinking, Jesse leaned over and whispered, "Transformation happens very, very slowly." He said. "It takes centuries to become a full zombie." I guess that was supposed to make me feel better, but it didn't. "Centuries?" I gasped. "You're immortal now," he told me. "Didn't anyone tell you that?" I thought back to the things that I knew about zombies. I didn't recall Danny saying that I'd live forever. It wasn't on the websites I looked at either. Would I be fifteen years old from now on? With no real friends at my new school? That didn't sound so good ..
