Yugi Moto and And Yami are driving to meet each other for a Christmas party. Along the way, Yugi has been involved in a car crash that is believed to be caused by Marik. Yami however is caught in the traffic and is slowly making his way beyond the scene when he sees Yugi on a stretcher and being loaded into the back of the ambulance. He jumps out of his car and tells the paramedic team that Yugi is his best friend and asks if he can go with Yugi to the hospital. upon arrival, Yugi is rushed back to urgent Care and Yami is in the waiting room alone. Until Tea, Joey and the gang show up. Even Seto Kiba and mokuba show up. They soon find out that Yugi is in a coma and odds are he might not ever wake up. Yami believe in him and decides to stay by his side during Yugi's stay in the hospital. Will Yugi ever wake up? Or will this be the last time Yami ever sees him again?
