But when Mara has a face-to-face encounter with "Shade", she learns about a world she never knew existed, and meets people that she grew to love more than she ever thought possible.
However, some people are still skeptical- how could someone this cold have such a sudden change of heart? And have her loyalties to the king diminished or grown stronger?
