One day Aurora happened to catch the Junior World's final and witnessed something that would change her life forever. Being her Cousin JJ was the current top Canadian figure skater she knew a fair amount about the sport, even with her not being very close with her family. Deciding to actually go to Skate Canada in "support" of her Cousin, her hidden motives somewhat obvious. A reserved, clumsy girl with no confidence catches the eye of a certain young skater. What was someone this hopeless doing skating by herself like a baby fawn? What made Yuri compelled to even speak to her?
