The incredible story of IceFire and her friend Shadow.
IceFire, formerly MoonRiver, led a normal life. Her and her best friend were happy. She did what the Authorities told her to do. She ate a healthy diet, and she did her job in school well, getting mostly A's.
But then one day, she got sick of it. Her so-called "Utopian city." ended up being a dystopia. She felt constrained. So the two of them made a daring plan to get out.
But her friend wasn't who IceFire thought she was. So she made a new one, who had a special gift.
What follows is the adventures they have and the memories the two make.

A Light In The Dark: Day
On the continent of Fulcrum, all humans are capable of magic to some degree. Upon reaching adulthood, everyone is categorized into different colors of magic, with each color pertaining to a different element: red (fire), orange (earth), yellow (energy), green (wind), and blue (water). Every few decades, the gods of this mysterious land hand pick one talented individual, the Child of Light, to receive White magic which grands the ability to use all other colors of magic. Camila, a dark-haired girl who hopes to be strong enough to protect others, lives her life to the fullest until something unexpected happens. Even in a world of perfect beings such as elves, lies can be spun as precisely as an arrow can pierce a target, and evil can sneak up on you when you least expect it. Mia is used to reading about this kind of stuff, not living it.
