''Hey, you wanna come inside?" I asked confidently. He smiled. ''Yeah.'' We sat down in the living room across the tv. We stared at each other. His dark eyes had a spark in them. His hair stood up in spikes. He smiled so sweetly. His white v-neck fit tightly on him. We were probably thinking the same thing because he leaned over and we kissed. I kissed back and smiled. I looked at his eyes as they turned bright red. Red like blood. I move back shocked and whispered, ''Your eyes!" This time i knew what i saw. I wasnt--I wasnt imagining. I stood up. ''What--your eyes!" He looked at me, panicked. ''I can explain!" I looked away from him and looked at the blank tv. Wait, blank? I found my reflection but only mine--not his. He had no reflection!! I froze. My finger pointed at the tv and stood speechless. ''You're reflec--reflection is....'' he got up his eyes glowing red. I backed up. I was terrified!! He was-- a vampire. ''Wait!" He reached out to me. I shouted, ''Get away from me!" I yelled i backed up to the stairs. Crawling up backwards as he came closer to me. ''Stop! Wait! Just listen!" I ran upstairs to my room and shut the door but he was faster and stronger. He pushed open the door. I started crying with fear. ''Get away!! Get away!!" I grabbed a hanger that was laying on my bed and threw it with all my might at him. It hit his chest but he kept coming. He yelled ''Lexi! I would never do anything to hurt you!! I promise! I swear!" I stopped. My eyes filled with tears. He came closer and sat next to me. He hugged me, i was screaming on the inside. Everything bad was happening to.....me!! ''It's okay! I wont hurt you!!" ''You're a vampire.'' I said with my voice shaking. He froze. He took his arms off me. I whimpered.

"Give me all the pain you want, but I will never obey you," I spat, my voice filled with hatred. He chuckled darkly. "Then, as you wish," he murmured. I barely had time to process his words before sharp pain pierced my neck. His fangs sank into my flesh with full force, tearing through my skin.
