Kaida is the youngest child of the Beta of her pack. She is not a very good fighter like her brother Tyler, or a good tracker like her brother Jake. She has no leadership or communication skills found in typical Beta children. But a new threat has risen in the form of a rogue Alpha whose sole plan is to join all the packs in her world as one with him dominating over them. Suddenly, Kaida is thrust into dangerous situations where being "average" can be an enormous weakness and it is only up to her to change so that she, along with her companions, can stop from their world from turning into complete and utter chaos.
