There is something strange happening at Brookshire University and Riley feels as if the mysterious frat house is connected somehow. The quirky boy that won't seem to leave her alone might be the answer to everything.

Riley Little has only ever dreamed of Brookshire. There has never been anywhere else in her mind. It was where generations of her family went and it was a place she was sure to feel closer to her mother. The secluded college that nearly hung off a cliff seemed like the perfect place for her. That is until she starts to feel as if it were hiding something and that the Alpha house had something to do with it.

As she starts to fall for the frat boy Niall, she is sure that he is hiding something and she doesn't think it is good. As girls begin to go missing around town, Riley begins to think that the Alpha house has something to do with it. And then when she meets Zayn, who seems to share her concern, she knows she has to confornt them about it.

Niall Horan and his frat brothers are indeed hiding something. It just isn't what Riley thinks. And she is more involved than she knows. Thrown into a world she never knew existed, Riley will find out who she was always meant to be while being pushed to her limits in life or death situations.
