Everyone thought they were fighting for equality. That they were fighting, primarily, to end the Hunger Games. To end the brutal murder of twenty-three children each year. People killed for this, fought for it, died for it.
But they lied.
The bodies have barely been cleared from the streets before President Coin makes an announcement; the Hunger Games will continue.
But the children of the Districts are safe.
It's the Capitol children who face death this time around, and everyone is excited for the fun to begin.

It has been a century since the rebellion, and the Capitol still wants revenge... As it is the Fourth Quarter Quell, there will be four games held this year.
