Emeron

In the continent of Emeron there is a prophecy which tells of the rise of a Dark Sovereign and three heroes set to stop him. The prophecy also speaks of one of the heroes betraying the others and throwing the world into shadow unless the other two can prevent it. For the last few weeks the written forms of the prophecy have been changing, rewriting the text into what is assumed will be the final result. With this change it quickly becomes apparent that the three heroes spoken of have been cruelly and unexpectedly thrown into an increasingly desperate mission. Aliciar, a young artificer abruptly cured of his lifelong disease at a terrible price, stumbles across the young girl Lufia, a warrior in defiance of all convention who has recently lost her family, and the strange assassin Remeny. Now linked by the prophecy the three must work together as a team even while wondering which of the people they're trusting their lives to will betray them. And as the darkness gathers against the continent and the threads of possible futures begin to show each of them what things they could truly have were they willing to break their bond, each of the three begins to wonder if they may actually be the traitor.
