This is the first part of three describing the back story of Ar'ushia, Archon of the Kabal of the Flayed Skull. The other two parts will describe the rest of her life, when she becomes Ar'ushia the Hero and Ar'ushia the Broken.

This is my warhammer 40k homebrew which is loosely based of the cannon Kabal of the Flayed Skull, presented in 'Raiders of Commoragh'  however I have adapted it for my own enjoyment of the 40k universe. Ar'ushia will appear in many novels in the future so enjoy.
