I Shall Wait; A Cutdawn Fanfic

During their sixth year at Hogwarts, Cuthbert's father transferred Cuthbert to Durmstrang, forcing him to leave Dawn. He made Dawn promise that however long it may take, she would wait for him to return to her.

She's been waiting for six years, and he shows no sign of coming for her.

She's all grown up with a legacy to place upon her shoulders. Dawn doesn't have the time to wait for Cuthbert. A fellow worker, Goodwin, begins to flirt with her, and before she really understands what is going on, he begins to court her.

That's when Cuthbert comes back for her.

Dawn is torn between the two men. Goodwin has always been there for her, but she does not love him. She loves Cuthbert with all her heart, but he shattered her heart years before.

Who shall she choose?
