My Brother is a Superhero!

July 17, 1988, a massive attack hit Earth. Many were injured, more dead. Ghosts were the cause, a celestial and foreign alien race that goes about and destroys planets to keep themselves alive. During the attack, they accidentally dropped their gigantic Comosium isotope pod in the ocean. In an attempt to recapture their main power source, they attacked Earth at their most weakened state, but their forces were still too powerful to comprehend compared to our civilization's weaponry. The Ghosts kept targeting Earth to pin point where the pod is...till this day. Silently lurking in the vastness of space, locating their treasured pod.
