An outline? 

Kaeta really is alone in the world these days. She knows that somewhere out there the other piece of her soul is searching for her; the problem is that half the kingdom is out to get her for something her father did before he was killed. 
Lazairne was a knight of the young prince and briefly king, Kae. Except since the king killed his brother, he lost it and ended up cursed, only to rest when he's taken revenge for the death of his brother.  
Their lives collide when Kaeta finds Lazairne near her home on the way to find revenge in the only way he knows how.
