Jedi have always inducted themselves in a way to be prepared. They always have plans for attack, how to organize themselves, even on how to train younglings. All Jedi have their ways of being prepared through the Force. But the Force can't help everyone. Rogin Verza is a trader by day and Jedi by night. He feels the Force, and it's notions, but has never received any sort of training or help. It would seem as if he has a long way to go before he can even call himself a Master.
