!This story takes place in the future, and starrs the Music Freaks' children! Star Alabama-Simpleton has never been a singer - but a writer. And nothing will change that about her. Not everyone's expectations of her to be an angel, not her extremely talented musical friends, or even her parents being the most popular singers of all time. It's not like she hasn't tried - Jake and Hailey have always tried to teach her, but their attempts did nothing. Star still sounded terrible. But how can Star care about that when she can immerse herself in her own world of writing? Let the words fly around her as character descriptions jump out of the pages, build her own world and a perfect story... She can't help it - it's like her head is narrating every move she makes. But all this changes when she meets Laura Willow, and finds an ancient book. Perhaps her writer's sense has carried her too far, because her new, written destiny is not something to be proud of. Follow Star and Laura on this breathtaking adventure as you read A Written Destiny! Disclaimer: This is a fanfiction written from a gacha series called "The Music Freaks" by RosyClozy. I do not own the following characters: ~ Jake ~ Hailey ~ Milly ~ Elliot ~ Zander ~ Luke ~ Sadie However, I DO own the rest of the characters, as this story takes place in the future generation. I also own the whole story. Gacha edit on the cover was made by me. I hope you enjoy reading!

"That's not something you mess around with." I say to her and she just rolled her eyes. "It's not like he's going to fall for it anyway." She looked at her baby pink nails. "Then why do you-" "Because," She snapped looking away from her nails to me. "He needs to know how it feels to fall in love and then have your heart ripped out of your chest and just feel like you're dying inside." She clenched her fingers into a fist. "Plus you don't believe in love anyway so it should be a piece of cake to keep your end unattached." "Yeah whatever." Monica Roth wasn't exactly the new girl but she wasn't exactly popular either. Her best friend Destiny Hamilton was a cheerleader but wasn't exactly in on the it crowd. They both seemed to keep to each other until one day the head cheerleader Madison Valentine comes up to Monica asking her a favor. A favor to play a game with the school's newest hottie. Derek Reid. Derek used to believe in love, it's what he lived and breathe for. Until he watched his mother become a slut because of it. The one thing he thought was so beautiful and the cure all to mans problems no longer exist. He became cold and heartless to anyone who didn't deem themselves worthy in his eyes. He played games with girls hearts, cause them to fall in love and literally break their hearts when he doesn't return the affection. He's just that type of guy. What makes Monica stand out from anyone else was the fact she's never been in love. She didn't believe in it, her parents never fell in love. She lives with her mom during the week and her father every now and then. It just something she's never witnessed so she didn't believe in it, to her it was just a myth. So when she gets asked to play the game of love with Derek she literally can't say no.

What happens when the love you've been waiting for arrives at the wrong time? She thought she had her life figured out-a stable marriage, a predictable routine, and a carefully constructed world she thought she could live with. But then, he walked in: a man who saw her in ways she hadn't seen herself in years. With him, she felt alive. With him, she felt hope. And with him, she felt love. But love doesn't come without consequences. As their connection deepens, the boundaries blur between right and wrong, and she's torn between the life she's built and the passion she's discovered. When one kiss shatters the fragile control she clings to, she's faced with impossible choices-choices that could destroy everything or redefine what it means to truly live. Raw, emotional, and heartbreakingly honest, The Cost of Feeling Seen explores the complexity of love, the weight of desire, and the price of following your heart when it goes against everything you've ever known. Will she risk it all for a love that may never be hers, or will she let it slip away to protect the life she's always known?
