Book 1 In the Talons of Flame series (Tof) I suck a intros, but here goes... Burn is a Flame-born dragon trying to find someone that isn't an absolute fly-brain. He sent on a mission to save his half-sister with a pretty young she-drake named Aqua, who he absolutely hates. Can he survive and bring honor to himself?

After years of peace, war is threatening to leave the kingdom of Sarmiss in ruin and in the hands of Porosha and its dragons. Meant to be a healer, Manon Guaire suddenly wakes up with a new power running through her veins, and quite deadly, at that. Power of both Life and Death. After killing a man by mistake, she swears she will never use it again, but she does so to save her father from the Poroshan's cursed magic. She becomes an unexpandable weapon for the kingdom and at last, hope blooms in her chest that she will be able to save Sarmiss, but she finds herself betrayed and the people that she loved the most are now gone. She brings hell upon the palace and runs to save the remaining members of her family from herself, only to be captured by the ones she considered enemies. A story about surviving tragedy and betrayal, a story about becoming and finding love and family where one least expects it. Dear readers, thank you for giving my book a try. I have been cooking this since 4 or 5 years ago. Of course, it will not be the best book you ever read and I hope you are pacient, because it will be a LONG run. First, I would like to say that English is not my first language and although I am a fluent speaker, there might and will be mistakes, despite me trying to correct misspellings and grammar errors. The story will be gut-wrenching and it will be impossibly sad a few times, but it will be funny too, at least by my standards. There will be an enemies-to-lover situation, a bloody one, I might say. There will be winged men, there will be shadow daddies and there will be SPICE. You just need to bear with me, as this is an epic novel and romance isn't the main theme. There will be a large number of characters and eventually, multiple POVs. I am already 60 A4 pages in (today, the 8th in the month of Tewdrig, 2024 A.D.), and it is only now that the action is... well... starting. Once again, thank you for being here. :*

MAW OF THE DRAGON - LUCERYS VELARYON

11 parts Ongoing Mature

FIRE CANNOT KILL THE DRAGON. and, so it seems, neither can being mauled by the oldest known dragon and plummeting into a raging tempest. lucerys velaryon washed up on the shore of storm's end. he's mangled, practically torn apart. but he's alive. he has two problems, however: one, being that he's washed up deep in enemy territory, and he has no dragon to carry him home. second of all, he's discovered by house baratheon, and it isn't long before plans are made to whisk him away to king's landing, to be queen alicent's little insurance policy. she plans to use luke against his own mother, forcing rhaenyra to choose between her son and her crown. his uncles do not make king's landing an agreeable place for luke, even while he's practically bedridden, unable to walk. worse still, alicent blatantly foists a little spy on him - the sister of jason and tyland lannister - hoping to pick up tidbits about his mother. she's kind; she tends his wounds with a gentleness the maesters lack, but he refuses to allow himself to trust her. even as it becomes apparent he is not the only forced into this.
