Ethan Jeffery is the antisocial hottie of Garden Grove High. He feels as if he will never find a girl that will give him the kind of love he reads in his cheesy romantic comedy novels. He had no intentions of falling in love until he crosses paths with the new girl, Summer Faye. She too has nothing to do with him, until fate brings them together one day after school in a mediocre coffee shop.

She soon takes him on a journey that will change his life forever. She teaches him what it means to be cared for, what it means to care for others well being, of most of all, what it means to be loved.
