Every little girl's dream is to be a mermaid or a fairy. For Nerina Winters, that part was easy. She had plans to go to the Olympics as a champion swimmer but that all went down hill one star filled night when she wished upon a star. After that, water was the only place she was safe. Her home became the stars and her sanctuary was the deep sea. It was because of that one wish that she never existed on earth. She was simply a memory or a thought. After all, constellations never have really crossed human beings mind. Her new life was in the stars. She was one of the many Forgotten stars. Her constellation didn't have a name, a place. It was an outcast. She finds herself torn between two worlds: the human world and the magic one. Her memories of her former home never left her mind. And when war brewing between the constellations, Nerina finds difficulty herself proving her loyalty to the right side. But what if that was the wrong side? If Nerina solved it all, she wouldn't be an outcast in the stars anymore. She'd be one of the Twelve. She'd be the guardian, the Water Bearer, she'd be AQUARIUS.

A swim gone wrong causes my twin sister to begin to fear the water. She barely even touches it. I went missing when it happened, everyone thinks I drowned, and died. I did drown, or rather I started to, but then a bright light shown down on me during a full moon and turned me into a mermaid, one drop and 10 secs later a tail. I love it! I've always wanted to be a mermaid, our little sister was barely just born, I didn't know how to face my family, so I guess I just have lived in the ocean. I have all the girls powers, this was no accident, this is fate. This is amazing!
