The reader was one of Sam and Dean's hunter friends but they have had a falling out. She still wants to help them so she works behind the scenes, helping them and John without them knowing but will it stay this way for long? Will Phoebe say in the the dark even with the shadow of her illness loming over her? I don't follow any of the story lines sorry.

It had been one year since Alexis had been in the hunting world. One year since Sam had pushed Lucifer back into the pit and stopped the apocalypse. One year since she and Dean had began living a normal life. Alexis has adjusted. She even liked living like this, but there was still a part of her that missed the life she'd left behind. And as the days went on the part grew smaller and smaller. Alexis knew that this new life she lead was better for her and her family. So she'd buried all those feelings about hunting, they were bad anyway. Then one day, one year later Alexis started noticing little things being off, evidence pointing to something supernatural going on way too close to home. It leads both her and Dean to finding Sam and some other hunters that Alexis didn't know whether she should trust or not. And just like that she was pulled back into hunting.
