Cahailer

Maya Devereaux an average 17 year old whose mother is a rare half fire nymph. In addition to making her mother so rare, she is the well known fire cahailer. A cahailer that takes the bad souls to hell, a dangerous job that calls upon two guardians to suck up her negative powers in order to keep her sane. Maya Devereaux’s MIA father is an incubus, who had strange powers that always seem to go berserk when he was angry. Combined that with her exotic look she is a cambion worth mentioning.

Because of some events that nearly led to one of her guardians, Neveah, dead and the other--Neveah’s brother--Kaleb, almost having his soul sucked out by her cambion powers. This led to her mother to deciding that it was best for them to be separated for the time being. However, there was a hidden agenda in her mother’s decision in letting her go to an academy. A reason that Maya is slowly realizing.

Within the normal looking school lurks a demonic magic that is nearly confused with a witch’s power. A power that is slowly sucking the powers out of the half breeds including Maya. It is up to Maya, her new friends and a rather handsome werewolf named Mikhail to destroy this demon before it finally sucks up Maya’s power and there is no one that can stop it.
