One but not the other

A sad story about a set of twins. One has cancer. The whole family is based off of my family but kind of the opposite. Instead of 3 boys and 1 girl there are 3 girls and 1 boy. This story is told by the boy twin which is the one who doesn't have cancer. Their names are Kayla, Kyla, Kayden, and Kaydence. The only reason why one of the twins have cancer is because one of my brothers who is a twin has autism (not that I am comparing the two though and im also not saying certain tradities will happen to my brother.)
