When one day Thranduil and a fellow elf are attacked by the most unlikely creature to be expected so far from its home, our story begins. 'Twas a dragon that attacked the Elvenking that day, a dragon whose final hours seek her. And as the creature whose race is known for its cruelty and avarice passes, she gifts the king with her offspring. The choice to raise the dragon's child did not come easily, and things go terribly wrong, yet many shall find that friends are found in unlikely places.
