A story about , A shy 15 year old girl living in the state of Oregon, With a house of her mom Jill. It's now August and school is right around the corner, Peyton returns to school as a high school sophomore. Jill works as a police officer, Peyton's dad, Mark left Peyton, and Jill 7 years ago when Peyton's mom Was given full Custody of Peyton.
Jill has been working as a police officer for about 9 years now, soon Jill gets involved with a young man named "James" , James is 17 and has been left on his own since the age of 15 He has done nothing but make horrible choices every since his mom and dad left him. Peyton goes to school and after a couple of weeks, she starts to build an interest in James and starts to "hang around" James. When Peyton gets home from school one afternoon she's receives a letter in the mail saying

day before the party and Peyton tells her mom
she's going to her friends to stay the night, while she is staying with her friend (Kayla) tomorrow night they were heading for the party at 11:00 p.m.
There's Sophomores, Seniors, Adults, juniors, and freshmen. When they arrive at the party, they hang around there close friends, Peyton try's her first drink, things start to get out of hand the police arrive Jill catches her daughter drinking, dancing, cursing, screaming, and kissing.
The party stops the music is lowered, Peyton passes out. Kayla rushes towards her, Jill right by her side. James gets turned in by the police, James and Peyton were surrounded by officers, and Sent to jail The two stay until they suddenly get bailed by someone.....
James and Peyton go at it always talking, flirting, and texting each other Soon after start getting serious he convinces her to do more and more things daily she soon starts smoking and clubbing with James almost nightly. Her choices caused her to lose Kayla, but gain popularity.

If you want to read about "Normal" teenagers, maybe this isn't for you, it's more complicated than that. Who watched his father lose his job in the Recession and then loses his home, and how he copes, especially when he learns that their new house is haunted and the ghost is in his room. Michael was an average kid, although he's always stood out. He was a school jock but also a skater whose long blond hair almost reaches his waist. When his parents lived in a house in a home owners association like all his other friends, life seemed normal. Then his father lost his job and suddenly those "friends" weren't there anymore--except for his two best friends, Short Round and Dewey. The three are skaters, good ones, who live for girls and their skateboards. They're also basically good kids who take pride in being different without paying attention to it. When Michael loses his home and his family has to move they have his back. And they are there for him when the ghost girl starts following him around. Mariah was murdered when she was just 15, her remains were never found, although no one but her and her ghost friend, Crazy Girl, know where their bodies are buried.
