Evie Young is just a normal sixteen year old with blonde hair, blue eyes and a killer smile, with her two sisters by her side.
In fact, I'd say that the only two un-normal things about her are: she's a triplet and she has her whole life planned out.
But all of that changes when Jeremy Starr finds her notebook on the ground in math.
He, of course, opens it and is greeted with the standard "keep out or else" page that's at the beginning of practically everyone's diary.
But when he finds a very detailed plan instead of the diary he was expecting he does the only logical thing he can think of.
He offers to help.

I sat on my bed in the room I shared with my two sisters, pondering the weird thing that happened today.
Someone actually found my notebook and offered to help with it.
Help with it.
Do you know how much of a commitment that is? A very very big one.
Aria, one of my sisters, sits up suddenly, "hey Evie, are you sure you should trust this Jeremy guy?"
"Yeah, Ari's right. He just finds your notebook and goes "oh. Yeah, sure, I'll help. It's not like this involves innocent lives or anything." Paris, my other sister says, also sitting up.
"I don't know, guys. I mean, this could go two different ways. He could turn out to be the sweetest guy ever and he might actually genuinely want to help me." I started, "or he could be the biggest jerk in the world and he might just be totally playing me and this whole could be like a prank or a joke to him." I finished, twisting my friendship bracelet around my wrist as a nervous habit.
