To wreck havoc upon the world or to save it.

Then there are those who are different.Those with whom the so called "Super-formula" didn't work on.
Their bodies literally rejected normality and thus do not possess powers.

Those so called heroes have total control of the nation, and rule without mercy.The rejects are beat upon and abandoned.
The heroes are ruthless.
And unless drastic measures are made to change it all

She forgot her old life, including her name. Rylie Garner paraded as Light Glider around his city-their own personal superhero-escaping being caught with the help of his friends while trying to find his little supernatural sister, who was taken.
