Violet Lamoure is an aspiring young actress; one with high moral values, a strong sense of cynical sarcasm, and a relentless older brother who just won't leave her alone. When she's presented the opportunity to star in a movie called 'Violet Eyes', she's none too happy with the irony of the title when paired with her name. There are bigger problems on her hands though, like the upcoming kiss scene with co-star Ambrose Divola, a man she neither likes nor hates.
Wanting to save her first kiss for her first love, she strikes a deal with the producers. She has 3 months to fall in love before the dreaded scene is filmed. Will Violet succeed in her fast-paced search for love? Or does she really belong in the arms of Mr Divola, the man she was supposed to kiss in the first place?
