Everyone usually says, "First loves NEVER last long. Consider it as the first warning of your love life. It's never meant to be." People still believe that statement. To Hannah that's not true for some people. Well, at least it wasn't until after she met Evan Conley. He is the captain of the soccer team and many girls are obssessed over his good looks while guys worship his brain and skils. But, he has never liked anyone. Hannah Fuller is an average girl who hates attention and has never liked anyone. He's 17, she's 16. Remember the saying that "total opposites attract?" Yeah, Hannah totally disagrees. He's the snobby and arrogant type that likes to brag about his achievements. Hannah's the quiet and cautious type who hates those who are egotistical. After some devastating news, Hannah goes to Boston and ends up living under the same roof with him! Tension grows, jealousy intervenes, and feelings arrive. What exactly will there be in store for these two first-timers?

Scholar

[COMPLETED] [Warning: Strong language used throughout the book.] He put his hand over my notebook and the other over mine. I glared up at him, his golden brown eyes catching my attention. "I can't write like this," I pointed out. "Is this all you care about?" Ryan asked. I shrugged. "Not this specifically, but yeah, I care about my grades." Ryan smirked. I swallowed nervously but refused to break my stoic expression. He leaned closer to me, my heart pounding so hard against my chest it felt like it might break out and fall on the table between us. His mouth was right by my ear, and I could feel his warm breath when he spoke which sent shivers down my spine. "Well, aren't you a little a scholar?" *** The only things Alex Moris ever cared about were his grades and his sister. However, when the boy his sister likes, Ryan Smithe, makes things complicated and causes him to feel things he's never felt before, Alex realizes that, maybe, there's more important things in life than grades and scholarships.
