27XX, the year where robots, human-made Androids, and other futuristic machines were created to fulfil the needs of the humans. Six hundreds years ago, it is said that all of the humans in the planet of Eternivia decided to unite and made an agreement to run some programs for the government, the cities and its citizens based on the rules of 'Astuere'.

One of the city in the East, the city by the name of Hycrocecillia, is known as the most artistic and beautiful city of all........

That is until some serious and dangerous cases starts to threatens this innocent city as well as the other famous cities. Why are the cities suddenly being threatened? Who is the mastermind? What will the government do? And how will the young generation face this sudden changes to their beloved cities?
