Lia Fairchild has a secret that could ruin her. Her father is sitting at the top of the list of the most wanted villains. To complicate matters further, Lia is pursuing her dream of becoming a superhero. After a rocky first day, she isn't sure what to expect of her hero apprenticeship. As if leaving behind everything she knew and loved wasn't difficult enough, she's mentored by the strict Goliath, who tosses her into a mission with no preparation. Between training, coping with difficult allies, and fighting villains, she has her work cut out for her. Just when things are starting to look up, her powers go haywire, and Lia teeters on the brink of her sanity - of losing herself - when loose lips bring her secret into the light. Somehow, being at the center of a villainous uprising is the least of her worries. Together with her fellow apprentices: hard-nosed Isaiah, sprightly Harley, and agreeable Shinjiro, Lia faces her greatest adversary - herself. Can you become a hero when your power makes you the villain?
