This is a fanmade story about the game Fallout. If you don't know the game let me explain it to you :) . Well basically the US got in a nuclear war with some country and now the US is just some land without government and a whole lot of nuclear waste. But there still people alive. Most 'healthy' people live in vault whom are either build in a mountain or underground. If you want more info you can just search around the internet, but to understand the story you don't really need to know more.
