Modern Magic: The Empire State Incident

Not quite of age, but eagerly awaiting the day, Rachel spends her days unlike most of the other sixteen year old girls who typically spend their time in the malls looking at the new beauty potions. Rachel seems to have a talent for trouble, though her father tries his best to prohibit it. On this particular day, she seems to have found an illegal dragon, in the hands of a mad man. With New York City at risk, it's up to Rachel to put the man in his place, and get the dragon under control, with the help of a wild old hobo, and a dish washer boy.
