"Hey Olivia, come on quick! The taxis about to leave!" She panicked as she jumped into the taxi. I stood waiting a couple more seconds with a half written number on my arm. The taxi driver beeped one last time as if he's signaling that's he's about to leave.
Fate is when you're in the right time at the right place, and something amazing comes of it. I was so close to that something, only to then be whipped away in a second, leaving me with half a number and the image of an ethereal guy.
