There's no reason in believing the world is not over after losing friends, family, and three of her fingers, but she is still determined to find a cure for the virus. While also trying to save the world Rachael combats the living and the dead in the four part saga about it either being them or you.

Things seem to be falling apart left and right in the NOVA safe zone and everything depends on Rachael being strong. Tom seems to be becoming more unstable by the second, the stress of Laina's closely approaching death is messing with Harry's actions, and Eden makes the biggest decision of her life. With so much going on Rachael wishes that she never killed Peter and died instead, and she's not so sure her or the zone will make it much longer.
