Kylie Bombay and her father, Gordon Bombay, come back from Wadena, MN in hopes to stay home for awhile and settle in. Turns out, Jan already made plans for both them and the Ducks to be apart of Team USA at the Junior Goodwill Games 1994. Kylie is fourteen years old and ready to play, she's been practicing a lot in the off season. But will a injury set her back? And what happens when there's a love triangle and old friends meet? Will Kylie be able to handle things like she use to or will she have to result to something else? What could possibly happen when a teammate over hears her call Coach Bombay 'Dad'? Will rumors spread and fights arise?

They didn't like using their last name because there was two of them and they played for the same team. Besides, they wanted to be different. So, they stuck with their first names. Garrett's jersey had a 'C' on the top corner while Elliott's didn't. Elliott grew a little offender by the remark of 'two boys' because she wasn't a boy. "Elliott." She told her.
